Issue Date:12th OCT'2008Details:India Post issued III Commonwealth Youth Games 2008 on October 12, 2008 in Sheets of 40 Stamps - 10 strips of 4 stamps and in the Miniature Sheet. The size of all 4 stamps from the Miniature Sheet is 40 mm in height, whereas the stamps from Sheet measures 39 mm in height. Size difference is apparent and constant. This variety should be cataloged separately.
