This stamp features the oil painting Massana Valley by Joaquim Mir. This
painting of the valley of Massana with the Arinsal village at the
center is one of many landscapes of this parish made by the artist
Joaquim Mir during his three campaigns in Andorra he made between 1932
and 1934.
The painting transmits the intensity of nature through illuminated
switches of green and yellow, almost golden by sunbathing, which
transport the spectator into a bucolic atmosphere of the valley's
meadows.
