FDC Name:Launch of the Cross-strait Mail Links.Issue Date:15th DEC 2008.
Remark:This FDC was posted by my friend on the issue date but received in our local postoffice(Delivered seal on the front side) on 5th JAN 2009 but misplaced some where by department of post and actual delivered to me few days back,You can also see the condition of this FDC. As per the rule of the postal department-INDIA POST the delivered seal should be put on the back side of the letter but in this case it was on the front side.The handling of letters by India post is so bad that I received 50% of my ordinary mail either tampered,damaged or opened and we can not do any thing-This is our India Post.
