BHUPEX-2013 in Bhubaneswar

The District Level Philatelic Exhibition, BHUPEX-2013 organized by Bhubaneswar Postal Division, Department of Post from 25th MAR'2013 to 26th MAR'2013 was concluded successfully at Jaydev Bhawan,Bhubaneswar,Odisha,India.
 Two nos special cover was released
  1. White Tiger- Nandankahan Zoological Park.
  2. Shanti Stupa-Dhauli.
