Details:The treaty of Turin which officials the act by which the Duchy of Savoy and the County of Nice are connected in France was signed in 1860. To commemorate this treaty, The Post office emits(utters) a stamp for the fastening of Savoy and one for the fastening of Nice (broadcast(emission,issue) in the course of June, 2010).
Remark:Nice self-made FDC from France with first day cancellation.Thanks Eric.
