Details:India post has conducted 1st District label Philatelic Exhibition on 30th & 31st MARCH 2008 in Bhubaneswar.For this occasion 2 special cover is released.Today the 1st cover is released based on the patchwork on cloth in Pipli,Which is very famous for its work.
