FDC Name:3rd Print of Dragons Circling Two Carps.(Definitive Stamps-FDC)

Issue date: 20th MAY'2009

Details:To meet the public’s need for sending higher postage mail items, Chunghwa Post is issuing a “3rd print” of a single “Dragons Circling Two Carps” stamp. The stamp will have a denomination of NT$50. To distinguish it from its counterpart in the 2nd print released on July 1, 1999, the color of the stamp has been changed from emerald green to cobalt blue. The stamp, with intaglio process, was printed by the Central Engraving and Printing Plant.
